This morning we went on-sale to Challenger players with competitor bundles for the #TFTMacao Open, and players bought all the available passes in minutes! Due to the demand, we will be releasing more bundles tomorrow, Sept 5 @ 4am PT, to Challenger players. Any remaining bundles from this new wave will be available to GM/M players at 5am PT, when the GM/M pre-sale would normally take place.

To provide a little extra detail, this year is the first year that competitor bundles are available in China, but since CN players don’t use Riot accounts, we had to create a separate bundle buying process for CN players. As such we split the bundles between CN and the rest of the world.

We’re still keeping the tournament at 512 players, but significantly more non-CN Challenger players wanted to purchase competitor bundles than we expected, which is great, but also means we know a lot of Challenger players didn’t get their opportunity to purchase. So we’re reallocating some of the bundles available in CN to try and better meet demand from Challenger players globally.
