With buffs to Pyro & Shapeshifter, taking a little health steal from Nasus.

Ryze will do the same amount of damage but spread among fewer targets.

Xerath was the 2nd worst 5-cost next to Milio.

Trying to make units a little less item reliant and narrow the difference between BIS (Best in Slot) and WIS (Worst in Slot).

Giant Slayer change is to normalize between AD & AP.

Radiant Bloodthirster and Radiant Gunblade normalized between AD & AP.

Current bug with Combat Bandages — don’t play it until Patch 14.17!
