The last Heroic Augment Kenobi discusses is Kobuko’s Lucky Paws.

You want to open fort Stage 2 so your board isn’t important, just buy units that you’ll need in Stage 3. You can also play Fortune in Stage 2. It’s important not to play Fortune in Stage 3 because you want to win fights then.

If you have 6+ Kobukos at 3-1, fast roll to find Koboku 3*. Play 4 Bruiser. Your backline isn’t important as long it’s something that can carry a scaling item. The easiest is to play around Zyra but here are some 1-cost options that you can pick up while finding Kobuko.

You can play this type of board at level 6 (Blue or Green Kayle) and you can use it to go to level 8. At this point it’s Kobuko 1v9. He farms enough gold to push levels.

Play 6 Bruiser to boost Kobuko’s max HP. If you have +1 Bruiser you may want to play 8 Bruiser.

Itemize Morgana and go to level 9 to find 5-costs.

Frontline doesn’t change even in late game but your backline does. Azir uses items well, Hwei helps the frontline stay alive, and Rakan reduces enemy damage & deals some damage. Lissandra is also playable instead of Hwei if you find her.

Items

  • Kobuko: DClaw, Redemption, BT, Bramblevest, Gargoyle’s Stoneplate. The goal is to regen HP and add resistances (DClaw does both)
  • Backline carry: Scaling items (Guinsoo/Archangel whatever you can make), mana generation

Augments

  • Unified Resistance to add Armor & Magic Resist on top of Bruiser HP
  • Dragon’s Spirit
  • +1 Bruiser
  • More situational but +1 Altruist Prismatic can provide BT and be useful in this comp
