As the signups for EMEA’s first Open Qualifier are approaching, here is what you need to know if you want to compete!

There are 3 Open Qualifiers for the Inkborn Fable’s competitive season in EMEA. These can get you a spot into the Golden Spatula Cups. Only 1 OQ will be held for each Golden Spatula Cup. Sign ups for the first OQ open on April 10th at 18:00 CEST

With that in mind, if you want to compete you MUST fill these requirements:

• be a resident of one of the following regions:
  • Europe
  • CIS
  • Middle East
  • Turkey
  • Africa
• be at least Masters at the time of Rank Lock
• be signed up on the Rising Legends Website

Eligible to compete? Here is how the Lottery System works for the OQ:

• Players who are Challenger at the time of Rank Lock will have a reserved spot as long as they signed up
• Remaining spots are filled by a weighted lottery system
  – Grandmasters get entered TWICE
  – Masters get entered ONCE
• Once all spots are filled, the remaining players who signed up but were not chosen will be added to a waitlist sorted from highest LP to lowest

Rank Lock will occur on April 15th at the time of Ladder Update:

The format:

• Day 1, 512 players will be split into two groups of 256
  • Group A games start at 10:00 CEST
  • Group B games start at 17:00 CEST
  • Both Groups play 6 games with the top 64 of each group (total 128 players) move onto day 2
• Day 2, 128 players compete in 6 games
  • Games start at 16:00 CEST
  • Top 64 players move onto day 3
• Day 3, 64 players compete in 6 games
  • Games start at 16:00 CEST
  • Top 32 players qualify to Golden Spatula Cup #1
