MercuriaL has been playing on CN server where 4 Bruiser & Trickshot was already being played on Patch 14.6. With the 14.7 buffs this comp is now even better.

You ideally want to have a good strong early game to play this comp. Two sample early game comps for this comp.

Ideally stabilize level 8 at 4-2 but if you are poor you can also look to do it at 4-5 if you have enough HP. Typical level 8 board where Bard can be the secondary carry until you find Xayah.

Positioning: The main thing you want to do it to make sure Kai’Sa targets the opponents main melee carry. Kai’Sa has great single target damage and can melt units! Galio is your main tank and he often has gargoyle so you usually want him to tank the biggest clump of units.

Items: The most important items to have are a sunder item (ideally Last Whisper) and an anti-heal item which can be Red-Buff or Sunfire. Morello can also work on a Trickshot unit. Do NOT build Rageblade.

Augments: Combat augments are the best but econ and item augments also work well since you want to go fast 8 and also have many units to put items on.
