Headliner Trait Bug (Patch 14.3)

This bug fix was listed in Patch 14.3 patch notes, but it has NOT been fixed

Fixed a bug that allowed a Headliner trait to appear multiple times before waiting for 4 shops as intended.

Just to let you know that the bug of having 2 Headliners with the same trait has not been fixed
