Bugs

If you encounter a bug, please try to get a video of it, it will help the devs diagnose the problem much faster. Please post any bugs in Mort’s Discord https://discord.gg/Mortdog in the #bug-reports channel.

Patch 14.18 Bug Fixes

Current patch (14.18) commonly reported bugs

  • Lucky Gloves giving double unique/non-ideal items; Blue Buff, EoN, Sunfire etc…
  • Removing a Faerie item while having a full item bench can cause the Faerie item to disappear permanently.
  • If Morgana captures a unit with Suspicious Trench Coat after it’s activated un-interactable ghost units may appear on the bench.
  • A unit with Yuumi attached will be immune to Zephyr.
  • Yuumi next to a unit with Hullbreaker will disable Hullbreaker.
  • Items can not be added or removed from a 4☆ unit
  • Getting a 4☆ unit gives you a free 3☆ version of the same unit
  • COMBAT NOT RESOLVING – DEVS KNOW IT EXISTS, BUT HAS NOT REPRO. IF YOU EXPERIENCE IT, PLEASE POST YOUR LOGS IN #fight-not-ending-after-all-units-die in Mortdog’s Discord

Tocker’s Trials

  • Completed items doesn’t stack item bonus is intended.

Unfortunately, Tocker’s Trials likely won’t get any more dev time to it, so any reported bugs likely won’t get fixed.

Tiebreaker Rules

(1) Ties are broken first by the “most dead” rule (more negative health = worse in tiebreakers) then

(2) “Prior health” (less health before losing = worse in tiebreaker)

(3) If players are still tied after applying both (1) & (2), we look back to see which of the tied players won a round most recently. That player has the advantage in the tiebreaker.

There's some confusion around the new tiebreaker rule in TFT. Ties are still broken first by the "most dead" rule (more negative health = worse in tiebreakers) and then by "prior health" (less health before losing = worse in tiebreaker). HOWEVER... 1/2 …if players are still tied after applying both of those rules (which happens rarely in standard TFT, but often in Hyper Roll) we then look back to see which of the tied players won a round MOST RECENTLY. That player has the advantage in the tiebreaker. 2/2

Augment Tree & Tables

Some Encounters move Augments around from their usual spots

  • If you get an augment at both 2-1 and 2-5, the 2-5 augment choices can show you things that typically appear in Stage 2 (like March of Progress or Clear Mind)
  • Augments which appear in the same Stage can now have different tiers e.g., 2-1 can be Gold and 2-5 can be Prismatic
  • Stage 4+ augments are all considered Stage 4 augments
